Here It Goes!

The boys went out one evening to pick up some things to fix up the van.

 Our house from the road.

 Off we go to...

...Klem's! An awesome store where they have everything plus...

 ...FREE POPCORN!!! :)

 It must taste good. :)

Noah taking a picture of himself :)

One last pit stop to Advance Auto Parts.

The next day, we found a luna moth on our screen door. It was so beautiful.

Up close. It was amazing that it had so many shades of colors

Farm Update:

Caleb working hard in the garden. Next post I will hopefully have pictures of a field we are renting from another farmer who lives down the road from us. We have a LOT of stuff growing in the field.

Our chicks that are not so little any more.

They were so interested in the camera.

The not-so-little ducks. Aflac (the one closest to the camera) lives up to her name being the most loudest out of the three. When we say, "Aflac" we normally get a response from her. :)

They have a special bond to Bethany. When the other children are around the ducks normally just ignore them. But when they see Bethany, they "chirp" and get all excited because they thinks she's mama duck :)

 Art.

 Our big chickens.

Our neighbor graciously let us use a grassy field they had for our chickens. This helps cut down on the mice and tick population that were in the field as well as saving a lot of feed from pasturing the chickens.

Our strawberry patch. Lord willing, we should have another great harvest of strawberries this year.

The mixed greens beds. It looks like a carpet of green!

Yes! Finally a green house! After many tries to build a homemade one, we eventually decided to buy a professional green house.

 Inside the green house

We discovered this robin's nest on our fort.

We have been trying to be very careful not to go on the fort too often for, if it feels threatened, the parent bird will eventually abandon the nest.

Caleb: The rugged, determined, anti-weed, unwavering, steadfast, and overall one of the best farmers around.

Our happy dog, Liberty

Thank you for stopping by!
